Return & Shipping Policy


We have a very simple and hassle-free return policy. You may return unworn & unused merchandise with all tags attached in the original box packing as it was delivered to you.

The following general returns policy is applicable return window of 15 days if it fulfills one or more of the following conditions:

  • Was delivered in a physically damaged condition.
  • Has missing parts or accessories.
  • Is different from what was ordered.
  • Is no longer needed (not all items may be eligible)

For returns or replacement we request you to get in touch with our customer care team through Email at or contact us at 7827257347 within 7 days of delivery of your order.

  • Products marked as “Non-returnable” on the product detail page cannot be returned.
  • Socks, and Mask cannot be returned or exchanged due to the Hygiene Issues and intimate nature of the garment.
  • Products that are sold as packs cannot be returned as individual items.
  • All items must be returned in their original condition, with price tags intact, original accessories and in the original box/packaging as delivered to you.
  • We reserve the right to refuse the return of products if in case an item/s is used, damaged, soiled or altered. The same will be sent back to the customer.
  • A pickup will be done once (which includes 3 attempts by the delivery partner). Incase the pickup is cancelled by the customer, additional charge will be levied for initiating pickup again

  • For damaged / defective products, we will issue a refund only if the product cannot be repaired or replaced.
  • The value of the credit coupon / refund to your account will be equal to the final amount paid by you (after discounts) at the time of purchase.
  • If you return an item because “you no longer need it”, we will not refund the shipping charges.
  • Rs. 100 will be deducted on every return order for reverse courier charges.


We request you to write to us on our email address or call us at 7827257347 in detail with supporting images of the product defect, your order details and contact information within 24 hours of delivery from Monday–Saturday, 10 AM–6 PM (IST). We will respond to you within 48 hours with a solution.


  • In order to deliver your order accurately, in good condition and always on time we partner only with reputed national courier companies to ship your orders.
  • At Blueberry or Lazy panda we know how important it is for you to maintain your privacy. We will ship out orders in a protected and concealed packaging.
  • We generally dispatch your order within 24-48 hrs, you may expect the order to be delivered to you within 3-5 days in major cities and 7-9 days in other locations depending upon your pin code.
  • Once dispatched you will be able to track your order online.
  • For the replacement or repair of the product shipping charge would be paid by the customer
  • While we shall endeavour to ship all items in your order together, this may always not be possible due to product availability. We will inform you in such cases via mail.
